Where is the water appearing?
Water at the edge of the tray may indicate failed sealant, movement or an enclosure issue. Water below a shower can also come from waste fittings or pipework.
Check the condition of the tray
Cracks, movement and gaps around the edges can allow water to escape. A damaged tray may require replacement rather than resealing.
Why simply adding sealant may not work
Applying new silicone over wet or failed sealant does not address underlying movement or damaged fittings.
